Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willingness to participate in the study Ability to read and write Definitive diagnosis of non-metastatic breast cancer at least 6 months prior to the study Negative medical history for chronic diseases other than cancer No history of physical or mental illness No untoward incident occurred in the last month. Not being under the advice of a psychologist or psychiatrist at the time of the study or at least one month before the start of the study Being married Being a Persian speaker

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to participate in research, despite initial consent Incomplete completion of the questionnaire Failure to attend more than one training class session The occurrence of stressful events (death of loved ones, etc.) during study
