Inclusion criteria: Age range 16 to 70 years Consent to participate in the study No history of underlying systemic diseases

Exclusion criteria: Infection at the injection site Allergy to anesthetic agents Hemophilia Presence of trismus

MeasureTime frame
Presence or absence of positive aspiration during anesthetic injection. Timepoint: During the administration of the inferior alveolar nerve block technique. Method of measurement: After needle placement, the syringe plunger is gently withdrawn. If blood is visible in the syringe cartridge, it is recorded as positive aspiration. Otherwise, negative aspiration is documented.
