Age
20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Infertile women: Participants must have been medically diagnosed as infertile.2. Age: Participants must be between 20 and 45 years of age.3. Willingness to participate: Participants must be willing to participate in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) sessions.4. No similar treatments: Participants must not have undergone any Acceptance and Commitment Therapy or other similar treatments in the past 6 months.5. Attendance: Ability and commitment to attend all required treatment sessions and follow-ups.6. General mental health: No serious mental illness that may interfere with the treatment process.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-attendance: Failure to attend more than 2 therapy sessions.2. Use of psychiatric medications: Starting or changing the use of psychiatric medications during the course of treatment.3. Physical problems: Any severe physical problems that may interfere with the treatment process.4. Unwillingness to continue: Expressing unwillingness to continue attending therapy sessions.
