Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women between the ages of 18 and 55 years old Have been diagnosed with primary muscle tension dysphonia by an otolaryngologist Have a forward head posture; craniovertebral angle less than or equal to 50 degrees After being informed about the study conditions, they expressed their informed consent to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Neurological disorders involving the larynx Receiving speech therapy or voice-related treatments and physiotherapy of related areas at the same time as the study or 3 months before it An acute or chronic upper respiratory tract infection or cold Lumps, wounds, scars, excessive fatty tissue, or a history of surgery or radiotherapy in the anterior neck
