Inclusion criteria: Female handball players shoulder pain Positive Kibler test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of shoulder fractures and surgery Failure to attend practice sessions regularly Musculoskeletal abnormalities in the shoulder joint

Scapularhumeral rhythm, pain and proprioception. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention and after the end of the intervention (eight weeks). Method of measurement: Functional tests.
