Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Definitive diagnosis of coronary artery occlusion by a cardiologist based Over 18 years of age Stable clinical condition, such that the patient is able to attend sessions regularly Having a caregiver or family member who has primary responsibility for the patient's care
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: have a severe mental illness (such as psychosis, bipolar disorder) or cognitive problems that would prevent understanding the educational process. unillitrate

| Total score of family caregiving burden of patients with acute coronary syndromeThis variable is measured quantitatively continuously and the change in its score at three times before the intervention, immediately after the intervention and one month after the intervention is considered as the main indicator of the effectiveness of the intervention. The study sample size was determined based on this variable. Timepoint: Before the intervention (baseline); immediately after the end of the intervention; one month after the intervention.
