Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Currently enrolled as a full-time university student Regular cigarette smoking for at least 3 months (minimum of one cigarette per day) Willingness and ability to attend therapy sessions No history of severe psychiatric disorders (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depression) Written informed consent to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Diagnosis of severe mental disorders (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depression) Current use of illicit drugs or addiction in addition to cigarette smoking Ongoing psychological treatment within the past 3 months Prior participation in structured cognitive-analytic therapy or mindfulness-based programs Use of psychotropic medications without specialist supervision during the study period
