Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meeting diagnostic criteria for divorce tendency Residing in Ahvaz Having at least basic literacy Willingness to participate and sign informed consent Aged between 18 and 60 years Absence of severe psychiatric disorders (e.g., psychosis or active substance abuse) Not receiving concurrent psychotherapy Absence of severe domestic violence

Attitude toward extramarital relationships. Timepoint: Measurements will be conducted at three time points: before the intervention, immediately after the intervention, and 3 months after the intervention.
