Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Currently studying in junior high school. Being obese and overweight (BMI greater than 25 kg/m2) Written consent from parents and student Not doing regular exercise

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exercise regularly. Unwillingness to continue participating in the research process Absence more than two times Chronic diseases such as MS, cancer, etc. Use of psychiatric medications Simultaneous use of individual and group counseling and psychotherapy sessions BMI dropping below 25 during the study
