Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with a level of consciousness equal to or higher than 8 using the Glasgow Coma Scale Ability to understand and comprehend the Persian language No hearing problems No dressing in the ear No addiction to drugs or alcohol At least 48 hours have passed since the patient was hospitalized. Patients who have recently entered the intensive care unit.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with hearing problems Patients with deep coma and vegetative state Patient's unwillingness to participate in the research Patients who have recently entered the ward
