Intervention 1: Intervention Group: Ice massage will be performed 5 minutes after lidocaine injection, simultaneously with the start of suturing. The massage will be conducted by a research assistant

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Having a singleton live fetus with head presentation, The gestational age should be 37-42 weeks, Normal delivery with a mediolateral episiotomy without tearing 3-5 cm long, No use of forceps or vacuum during delivery, Newborn weighing 2500-4000 kg, No manual expulsion of the placenta, No perineal hematoma, No perineal re-manipulation after delivery, No previous surgeries in the vagina and episiotomy site, Body mass should be 19.8-29 kg/m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Transfer of the mother to the operating room due to abnormal and severe bleeding after delivery, Unwillingness to continue the intervention, Severe pain despite receiving lidocaine, along with the need for a larger volume of lidocaine injection
