Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Physical and mental health adequate quantity and quality of sleep and having no sleep-related disorders No perceptual, cognitive disorders and attention deficit right-handed and right-footed Not taking regular naps, not working night shifts, or traveling across more than two time zones in the month before the experiment No academic training experience in golf and dart throwing skills Morning person Proficiency in Persian and No familiarity with Dutch

Exclusion criteria: Experience of stroke and other neurological, cognitive and psychological disorders Using substances containing caffeine, alcohol, nicotine and painkillers Drug addiction

MeasureTime frame
Change in performance accuracy on motor and vocabulary memory tasks. Timepoint: Motor and vocabulary memory performance will be assessed at three timepoints: (1) pre-test, conducted before the intervention following observational learning; (2) post-test, immediately after the practice session; and (3) retention test, conducted in the morning after a night of sleep. Method of measurement: Motor memory performance will be assessed using a dart throwing accuracy test and a golf putting task, both scored based on accuracy (distance from target center).
