60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 60 and 80 yearsPresence of hyperkyphosis with a Cobb angle between 50 and 65 degreesAbility to walk independently without assistive devicesAbility to stand for at least 2 minutes without assistanceScore of 7 or higher on the Abbreviated Mental Test (AMT)No history of orthosis use in the past 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any neurological or myopathic disorderAny neuromuscular dysfunctionPresence of scoliosisHistory of lower limb joint replacementHearing or visual impairmentsHistory of spinal or lower limb fracture or surgery within the past 12 monthsBack or neck pain greater than 3 on the Visual Analog Scale (VAS) at the time of assessment

Kyphosis angle. Timepoint: Kyphosis angle will be measured at two time points:At baseline (before the start of intervention)After completion of the intervention (end of week twelve). Method of measurement: Kyphosis angle will be assessed using lateral thoracic spine radiography and calculated using the Cobb angle method.
