Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Job: Nurses, Deputy of Medical Affairs, Mashhad University of Medical Sciences. Absence of severe psychiatric illness including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and schizoaffective disorder Working conditions: Nurses with at least 2 years of experience working in hospitals. Willingness to participate: Willingness to participate in the study and informed consent to participate in the plan. age up to 55 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Absence from intervention sessions: Absence from more than 2 sessions of positive psychology intervention sessions. Use of psychiatric medications: initiation of new psychiatric medications during the study period Failure to complete questionnaires Unwillingness to continue participation: Unwillingness to continue participating in the project or withdrawal from further cooperation. Having anxiety disorders and depression
