Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: Participants in this group will perform 18 sessions of reactive neuromuscular training over 6 weeks, with each session lasting 1 hour, conducted by two specialists

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals with non-specific chronic lower back pain diagnosed by a specialist who have experienced back pain for more than three months. Age range of 20 to 60 years BMI should be within the normal range.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participation in a rehabilitation and physiotherapy training program within the past year History of injury in the past year in the dorsal region and having undergone physiotherapy History of surgery in the lumbar region and having undergone physiotherapy.

MeasureTime frame
Pain intensity. Timepoint: 2 weeks before intervention, 2 weeks after intervention (Week 10). Method of measurement: Using the Visual Analog Scale (VAS) for pain or the pain line ruler (0 to 10 scale).;Disability. Timepoint: 2 weeks before intervention, 2 weeks after intervention (Week 10). Method of measurement: Using the Persian translation of the Oswestry Disability Questionnaire.;Motor control. Timepoint: 2 weeks before intervention, 2 weeks after intervention (Week 10). Method of measurement: With the Lumajoqui motor control test.;Electromyography of Muscles. Timepoint: 2 weeks before intervention, 2 weeks after intervention (Week 10). Method of measurement: Using an 8-channel Biometrics device made in England.;Gait kinematics. Timepoint: 2 weeks before intervention, 2 weeks after intervention (Week 10). Method of measurement: Using a motion analysis device equipped with 8 cameras.;Normal reaction force of the ground. Timepoint: 2 weeks before intervention, 2 weeks after intervention (Week 10). Method of measurement: In this Bertec 60x40 force plate made in the USA.

Lifting a box weighing 8% of the subject's body weight. Timepoint: 2 weeks before intervention, 2 weeks after intervention (Week 10). Method of measurement: Changes in kinetic patterns, muscle activation timing and ground reaction force during the execution of the box lifting task.
