Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Absence of neuropathological problems Absence of skin diseases in the hands and history of hemodialysis via AVF for at least three months Absence of disabling visual impairment (blindness) Absence of cognitive, emotional, or verbal problems that would prevent you from performing reflexology or accurately expressing your level of pain and anxiety No previous experience using this technique No diagnosed mental illness or rheumatoid arthritis No use of sedatives, anti-anxiety medications, or opioids one week before the start until the end of the intervention
