MeasureTime frame
The effectiveness of acceptance and commitment therapy will be treated as an independent variable to determine its effect on secure attachment and self-efficacy beliefs as dependent variables. Timepoint: Two sessions will be held for two hours each week over ten sessions. Method of measurement: Secure attachment questionnaires and automatic beliefs about self.
