Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient who need primary rhinoplasty Medium skin thickness of the nose Patient who need low to high osteotomy Patient Informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of previous or current medical conditions including stomach ulcers, diabetes mellitus, high blood pressure, blood and clotting disorders Patients with allergic reactions to tranexamic acid Have used anticoagulant treatments 5 days before surgery

| Amount of bleeding during surgery. Timepoint: At the time of surgery. Method of measurement: To determine the amount of bleeding, the cumulative volume of bleeding will be calculated by adding the total volume of blood aspirated and the number of surgical gauzes completely filled with blood. To calculate the volume of blood collected by the gauzes, the volume of blood that can be collected by each standard gauze (20 x 20 cm) was previously measured to be 7 ml and then multiplied by the number of gauzes used in the surgery.;Edema. Timepoint: On days 1, 3, and 7 after surgery. Method of measurement: Edema were assessed based on the scale described by Gurlek et al. and the degree of edema was scored between 0 and 4.;Ecchymosis. Timepoint: On days 1, 3, and 7 after surgery. Method of measurement: ecchymosis were assessed based on the scale described by Gurlek et al. and the degree of ecchymosis was scored between 0 and 4. | — |
