Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adolescent girls (e.g., 13 to 18 years old) have experienced their first menstruation within the past six months. Girls who own smartphones. Health and medical criteria include: no chronic diseases affecting the menstrual cycle (such as polycystic ovary syndrome or thyroid disorders), no history of taking hormonal medications affecting menstruation Psychological and social factors include: not having severe psychological disorders that affect the attitude and enjoyment of menstruation (such as severe anxiety and severe depression)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Experiencing severe menstrual irregularities that would affect the study process Girls who have had their first menstrual period for a long time
