Inclusion criteria: ASA class 1 and 2 Age 18-65 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Abnormal bleeding during surgery Operation duration more than 4 hours

MeasureTime frame
Hemodynamic changes. Timepoint: Monitoring is done during the operation (beginning/end of the operation). Method of measurement: Hemodynamic changes are monitored during the procedure and recorded by the nurse.;Postoperative pain. Timepoint: It is recorded by a trained nurse at times 0, 6, and 24 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: Based on the VAS scale.
