Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Obese men (BMI =30 kg/m²) Stable weight (±2 kg) for three months A sedentary lifestyle (<60 minutes/week of structured exercise in the past 6 months) No history of cardiovascular or metabolic illnesses, No use of nutritional supplements
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Chronic illnesses Tobacco use Recent nitrate supplementation Habitual caffeine intake above 200 mg per day
