Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: moderate to severe periodontitis in buccal or lingual aspect of first or second mandibular molar with grade II furcation involvement plaque index lower than 20% horizontal probing depth in involved tooth equal or more than 3mm
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: systemic disease drugs and conditions affecting periodontal wound healing smoking anatomic complexity tooth mobility more than class II caries or filling in furcation periapical pathologies
