Exclusion criteria: Attending other psychotherapy sessions Having illnesses such as substance abuse and psychosis

Timepoint: In the pre-test (before the intervention), before the start of the schema therapy sessions, and in the post-test, after the end of the intervention, which is after the last treatment session and approximately after the tenth session. Method of measurement: Young's Schema Questionnaire.;Cognitive avoidance.
