Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a nurse working in neonatal intensive care unit be working in that unit for at least 3 months having consent to participate in study

MeasureTime frame
The average of missed nursing care score for nurses in missed nursing care in NICU questionnaire. Timepoint: Before the intervention, immediately after the intervention, and one month after the intervention ended. Method of measurement: Self-report questionnaire on missed nursing care in the neonatal intensive care unit.
