22 Years to 32 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Athletes between the ages of 22 and 32 who participate in sports involving jumping and cutting (basketball, volleyball, handball) for three days a week BMI between 19 and 25 No pain or swelling in the knee area Achieving a score of 6 or higher on the LESS test Having modifiable risk factors for ACL injury, including improper biomechanics/movement patterns including dynamic knee valgus, muscle weakness, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of any knee joint surgery and fracture, spinal surgery, ankle sprain Having any balance and hearing problems Having various structural abnormalities such as scoliosis, flat feet, hip anti-version , genu varum, genu valgum and tibial rotation other knee joint pathologies such as ligament or meniscus tears, patellar instability, patellofemoral dysplasia, and tendinopathies History of seizures, brain disorders, use of neuroleptics or psychotropic drugs Different leg length of more than one centimeter in the supine position from the superior anterior iliac spine to the medial malleolus
