Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Gestational age 20 to 28 weeks Be the only wife of her husband Have a marital relationship with her husband Ability to use online counseling and have an Android or iOS smartphone Willingness to participate in the study and have informed consent Be Iranian Have a desired singleton pregnancy without complications Cooperate in completing homework

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having mental disorders and being treated for mental disorders Participating in similar studies at the same time Receiving psychological services at the beginning of the study Experiencing a severe psychological crisis within the past 6 months, such as the death of a parent and immigration Drug and alcohol addiction Having a history of miscarriage or having a baby with mental retardation History of infertility
