Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Be at least 65 years old and no more than 75 years old Absence of any neurological or musculoskeletal disorders (such as orthopedic problems, stroke, or major vision and hearing impairments, diagnosis based on the individual's medical record and, in the absence of a medical record, diagnosis by a neurologist) No history of falls within the past two years that caused fractures or adverse psychological effects Ability to walk independently without the need for any assistive devices
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Inability to be independent in daily activities Unsatisfaction with continuing to participate in the current research Number of absences of more than three sessions during the implementation of training programs
