Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: Dynamic neuromuscular stability intervention group which will include 50-minute sessions, three days a week for 6 weeks. The study period will be 12 weeks: week 1

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Be at least 65 years old and no more than 75 years old Absence of any neurological or musculoskeletal disorders (such as orthopedic problems, stroke, or major vision and hearing impairments, diagnosis based on the individual's medical record and, in the absence of a medical record, diagnosis by a neurologist) No history of falls within the past two years that caused fractures or adverse psychological effects Ability to walk independently without the need for any assistive devices

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inability to be independent in daily activities Unsatisfaction with continuing to participate in the current research Number of absences of more than three sessions during the implementation of training programs

Evaluation of fear of falling in the elderly. Timepoint: At three points: pre test, post test and as well as six weeks after the intervention as a follow-up test. Method of measurement: using the FES questionnaire and the Timed up and go test.;Dynamic Balance. Timepoint: At three points: pre test, post test and as well as six weeks after the intervention as a follow-up test. Method of measurement: 3 meter backward walk test.;Lumbar-pelvic proprioception. Timepoint: At three points: pre test, post test and as well as six weeks after the intervention as a follow-up test. Method of measurement: Newcomer test.
