18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 45 years No liver, kidney, coagulation, hematological, or psychological problems Candidate for vaginal delivery Gestational age 37 to 42 weeks Single pregnancy Pregnancy with cephalic presentation primiparous Voluntary entry of participants No tobacco or drug use

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: estimated birth weight less than 2500 grm or more than 4000gms side effect like rise of blood pressure,placenta abruption, prolonged delivery,arrest of labor rupture of membrane more han 18 hrs fetal distree perineal laceration 3th or 4tyh degree apgar score less than 7 or any medical problem of baby
