Method of measurement: Clinical examination.;The effect of peritoneal dialysis on the improvement of cardiac indices in patients with moderate to severe heart failure and comparison with the control group. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study and 6 months later. Method of measurement: Cardiac Echograph (EF, Pulmonary arterial pressure).;The effect of peritoneal dialysis on the improvement of renal indices in patients with moderate to severe heart failure and comparison with the control group. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study and 6 months later. Method of measurement: Kidney tests (GFR, Cr, and urine volume increase).;The effect of peritoneal dialysis on the improvement of liver indices in patients with moderate to severe heart failure and comparison with the control group.
