Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: BMI less than 30 Has upper endoscopy indication Having consent to participate in the study No history of heart disease or use of anticoagulant medications Not taking painkillers, anti-nausea medications, or psychiatric medications No history of drugs, alcohol, or cigarettes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any contraindications and sensitivities to propofol use Any contraindications and sensitivities to lidocaine use Patients with complaints of nausea and vomiting before endoscopy Hemodynamic instability and severe gastrointestinal problems Need to use anti-nausea medication after endoscopy The need for a therapeutic procedure or any length of endoscopy

Nausea and vomiting. Timepoint: Up to 12 hours after endoscopy. Method of measurement: Rhodes index of Nausea and vomiting.;Pain. Timepoint: Up to 12 hours after endoscopy. Method of measurement: Vas score.
