Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are periodically referred to the comprehensive urban health center based on a physician’s diagnosis Ability to read and write Orientation to time and place Absence of psychiatric disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, or epilepsy (based on self-report) At least six months have passed since the diagnosis of type 2 diabetes Be at least 18 years old and at most 70 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Be hospitalized during the training process Participants who miss one session of the educational process
