Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Unilateral, degenerative rotator cuff tendon tear confirmed by MRI MRI-confirmed retracted rotator cuff tendon tears Over 18 years old
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Radiographic signs indicating advanced osteoarthritis changes or glenoid rim wear Rheumatoid arthritis diseases History of shoulder surgery or dislocation Proximal humerus fracture
