Interventions

Given that patients have symmetrical lesions, the lesions are randomly treated with intradermal injection of exosome on one side and intradermal injection of normal saline on the other side. For this

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who have started to respond to treatment after three months of phototherapy. The patient's patch size is less than 10 cm in diameter. Has not received any topical or systemic treatment for at least 6 months. No active infection on the limbs or body. Candidates for phototherapy must have at least two symmetrical lesions on the trunk of the face. Be 18 years of age or older.
