Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hypothyroidism Age between 18 and 65 years old TSH levels consistently within the euthyroid range (0.4-4 mIU/L) for at least 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy Diagnosis of malabsorption syndromes Patient withdrawal during the study Concurrent administration of medications known to interact with levothyroxine Arrhythmias, excluding sinus tachycardy Cardiovascular diseases, excluding hypertension
