Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women in their second trimester of pregnancy who have experienced a missed abortion and are candidates for medical termination of pregnancy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Women who choose alternative methods for managing abortion (expectant or surgical) Nulliparous women Those diagnosed with incomplete abortion Life-threatening bleeding Premature rupture of membranes (PPROM) Contraindications to misoprostol use such as asthma or coronary artery disease and renal failure Known coagulopathies or a history of chronic adrenal insufficiency Ruptured membranes Infection Placenta previa Polyhydramnios Women who decline to participate in the study.
