Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Must provide consent to participate in the study. Second-degree burns covering less than 20% of the body and of thermal origin. Burns located on the hands and feet, excluding the fingers. No history of immunocompromising diseases. No history of skin diseases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Active infection at the site of the lesion. Use of systemic immunosuppressants within four weeks prior to the start of treatment. Any cerebrovascular or cardiovascular disease. Patients requiring skin grafts for treatment.

| Second-degree burn wound. Timepoint: Patients will be assessed at three stages: the first session on the third day after the placement of the first dressing, the second session on the sixth day to evaluate the clear onset of epithelialization, and the third session on the ninth day to assess wound healing after the initiation of treatment, using the Bates-Jensen wound assessment tool.
