Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Full consent to participate in this study. Participants need to be willing and prepared to engage in EMDR sessions. Participants need to be able to communicate and collaborate with researchers and therapists. Participants must sign the informed consent form and be fully informed about the research and treatment procedures. Participants must possess healthy five senses, especially vision and hearing, and maintain hemodynamic stability. Not participating in mindfulness courses or cognitive behavioral therapies at the same time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of willingness to continue cooperation in this study. The individual's death or migration.

MeasureTime frame
Intensity of mental pain. Timepoint: The post-test will be taken using the Orbach and Mikulincer Mental Pain Scale after five one-hour sessions. Method of measurement: Orbach and Mikulincer Mental Pain Scale.
