20 Years to 39 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age range 20 to 39 years Non-athletic women living in Kermanshah Right-handedness (right hand is dominant) Body mass index 18.5 to 24.9 kg/m2 Obtaining a certificate from a doctor that you are not prohibited from participating in an exercise program

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of musculoskeletal abnormalities or disorders History of participating in a regular exercise program in the past 6 months The presence of implantable devices or pacemakers in the body Tobacco and alcohol use

MeasureTime frame
Change in balance. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention and 4 weeks after the start of the intervention. Method of measurement: Using the Tecnobody device.;Changes in perceptual indicators. Timepoint: Before the start of the study and 4 weeks after the start of the study. Method of measurement: Using an 11-item emotion scale, a 6-item arousal scale, and a 0-10 visual analog scale.
