Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Up to 18 years old Diagnosis of chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyposis No kidney or vascular disorders No chemotherapy No radiation therapy Not having malignancy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Disease heterogeneity with recurrent exacerbations of acute rhinosinusitis Rhinosinusitis without polyposis Sinusitis associated with ciliary dyskinesia or cystic fibrosis-associated sinusitis Failure to take prescribed medication regularly Immunocompromised patients High blood pressure Pregnant or breastfeeding people Failure to attend for examination Having diabetes Having systemic diseases High body mass index Excessive increase in blood sugar after receiving corticosteroids
