Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: No participation in previous neurofeedback programs No history of any diseases or disorders such as severe mental and neurological problems Without hearing impairment No interference with communication

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosing a person with major psychiatric disorders, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or other psychotic disorders Use of mood-altering medications (such as SSRIs, benzodiazepines, or stimulants) in the past 3 months History of severe head trauma, epilepsy, or other neurological disorders that may affect neurofeedback results Current addiction or history of substance abuse (with emphasis on substances that affect the EEG, such as stimulants or sedatives). Failure to regularly attend neurofeedback sessions or complete assessment questionnaires.
