Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients diagosed with cystic fibrosis who are in the mixed dentition(6-12 years old) Patients with moderate cystic fibrosis, according to the opinion of the attending physician (based on spirometry FEV>80) patients who do not have metabolic, endocrine or mental problems

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: noncooperation of patient based on frankl scale (1 and 2) usage of analgesics patients with xerostomia have history of usage of Oral and dental antimicrobials in the past six months routinely take coamoxiclave or azithromycin with the the prescribtion of attenting physician have bacterial or viral infections at the time of participation patients that are not at high risk of caries based on AAPD criteria
