Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All people who have indications for esophageal echocardiography They consent to enter the project. Age between 18 years and 70 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Emergency examinations pregnancy Mechanical ventilation Upper gastrointestinal endoscopy findings include: Esophageal Perforation, Strictures, Tumors, or Diverticula . Hiatal Hernia . Esophageal Varices Active Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding . Recent Esophageal or Gastric Surgery Cervical Spine Instability or Arthritis Coagulopathy Inability to Protect the Airway
