Interventions

Intervention group: The standing shoe is examined in this study. In this shoe, by making structural, biomechanical, and material changes, we intend to distribute the pressure on the sole of the foot.

20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People with standing jobs who complain of foot pain during prolonged standing People with normal posture and some foot pronation based on the Foot Posture Index (score between 0 and 9+) Have a normal BMI Must stand for more than 50% of the working day No history of surgery in the lower extremities

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: have severe deformity in the fingers Suffering from musculoskeletal diseases suffering from of neuromuscular diseases have balance problem

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Plantar pressure. Timepoint: After wearing standing shoes. Method of measurement: pedar pressure system.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Plantar pain. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study, 2 weeks after using the special standing shoes. Method of measurement: Foot Function Index questionnaire.;Perceived fatigue intensity. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study, 2 weeks after wearing the standing shoes. Method of measurement: Fatigue Assessment Scale questionnaire.
