Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age range 20 to 39 years Non-athletic women living in Kermanshah Right-handedness (right hand is dominant) Body mass index 18.5 to 24.9 kg/m2 Obtaining a certificate from a doctor that you are not prohibited from participating in an exercise program

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of musculoskeletal abnormalities or disorders History of participating in a regular exercise program in the past 6 months The presence of implantable devices or pacemakers in the body Tobacco and alcohol use

Explosive power. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention and 4 weeks after the start of the intervention. Method of measurement: Sargent vertical jump test.;Lower body muscular performance. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention and 4 weeks after the start of the intervention. Method of measurement: Using a lower body dynamometer.;Upper body muscular performance. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention and 4 weeks after the start of the intervention. Method of measurement: Using an upper body dynamometer.;Lower body training volume. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention and 4 weeks after the start of the intervention. Method of measurement: Using a leg press machine.;Upper body training volume. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention and 4 weeks after the start of the intervention. Method of measurement: Using a chest press machine.
