Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 18–30 years old University students Basic digital literacy Normal baseline mental health (DASS-21 screening) Ability to provide informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Use of medications affecting cognition Presence of neurological or major psychiatric disorders Inability to complete training sessions Providing incorrect personal information
