Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18–30 years old University students Basic digital literacy Normal baseline mental health (DASS-21 screening) Ability to provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Use of medications affecting cognition Presence of neurological or major psychiatric disorders Inability to complete training sessions Providing incorrect personal information

MeasureTime frame
Change in Reaction Time score, measured in milliseconds. Timepoint: Measured at baseline (before the start of the intervention) and after completing the 4-week intervention program (12 sessions). Method of measurement: Reaction Time Test module within the developed AI-based intelligent system, recording the average response time to visual and auditory stimuli.

User Experience Satisfaction Score. Timepoint: Measured after completing the 4-week intervention program (12 sessions). Method of measurement: Short User Experience (UX) Questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale.
