Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Clinical diagnosis of ASD based on DSM-5 criteria Age 6 to 40 years Ability to participate in training sessions (clinician-confirmed) Informed consent obtained from participants or legal guardians
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe intellectual disability or psychiatric comorbidity Current enrollment in another behavioral intervention program Inability to attend regular training sessions over the study period
