Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria for nurses were willingness to participate in the study having at least six months of clinical experience in the neonatal intensive care unit not having participated in trauma-informed care training courses for at least six months prior to the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of willingness to participate in the study or lack of consent from the nurse. Nurses who have previously received trauma-informed care training. Having a severe physical or mental illness that prevents participation in the training course.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Infant well-being. Timepoint: The pre-test (the Infant Health-Oriented Questionnaire) will be administered on the day of training, just before the start of the care intervention, both in person and online in the Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing group. The post-test (the same questionnaire) will be administered immediately after the intervention and within 24 hours. Method of measurement: Neonatal Health-Oriented Well-Being Questionnaire.
