| 5.Examination of lower limb abnormalities in active people. Timepoint: 5.Examination of lower limb deformities in week zero, before entering the study. Method of measurement: Lower limb deformities: Measurement with Posture Assessment GridBrand: Fabrication EnterprisesUnder the Baseline brandModel: Baseline Posture Evaluation Set.;6. Brief examination of the hamstring muscle in both legs in active people. Timepoint: 6. Examination of hamstring muscle shortening in both legs, at week zero, before entering the study. Method of measurement: Hamstring muscle shortening in both legs: Based on measurements taken with the ACTIVE KNEE Extension test using a universal 360-degree goniometer.;1. Percentage Changes in the fascicle length of the biceps femoris long head in the dominant leg of active people. Timepoint: 1. Initial measurement (pre-test) of the fascicle length of the biceps femoris muscle (long head) in the dominant leg at week zero, before the start of training.2. Final measurement (post-test) at the end of the sixth week, 48 hours after the last training session. Method of measurement: Fascicle length of the biceps femoris muscle (long head) in the dominant leg: measured with the Samsung Ugeo WS80A ultrasound device.;2. Percentage Changes in thickness of the biceps femoris (long head) in the dominant leg of active people . Timepoint: 2. Initial measurement (pre-test) of the thickness of the biceps femoris muscle (long head) in the dominant leg in week zero, before the start of training 2. Final measurement (post-test) at the end of the sixth week, 48 hours after the last training session. Method of measurement: thickness of the biceps femoris muscle (long head) in the dominant leg: measured with the Samsung Ugeo WS80A ultrasound device.;3.
