18 Years to 44 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: aged 18–44 years, with a body mass index (BMI) ranging from 18 to 25 kg/m² and endometrial cavity fluid (ECF) on transvaginal ultrasound before embryo transfer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women were excluded if they had identifiable endometrial or uterine pathology, including endometrial polyps, uterine fibroids, adenomyosis, hydrosalpinx, stage III–IV endometriosis, congenital uterine anomalies and recurrent pregnancy loss.

Design outcomes

MeasureTime frame
Chemical pregnancy rate. Timepoint: 14 days after embryo transfer. Method of measurement: Beta-HCG test.;Clinical pregnancy rate. Timepoint: 2 weeks after positive pregnancy test.
