Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly individuals over 60 years old Individuals who have experienced at least two sudden and unexplained falls in the last year BMI of less than 30 Individuals who meet the physical (ability to stand for at least one minute and walk at least six meters without orthosis or assistive devices) and cognitive (fewer than three errors in the SPMSQ test) requirements for participation in the study

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with central or peripheral nervous system disorders Individuals with inner ear dysfunction moderate to severe pain in the lower limbs Individuals with active foot ulcers Individuals with severe deformities or a history of lower limb surgery Individuals on multiple medications are
